for 10 years and director Dr Anderson initially deals with
all clients personally. All services other than training courses,
are handled by her and all training material is personally
written by her. Dr Anderson is very experienced and extremely
well qualified and all consultants are of similar ability and

While a director of ISMA Dr Anderson
worked with the HSE on developing and publicising their Management
Standards approach. She has written 3 HSE sponsored workshops

ApP is a relatively small organisation and is therefore able
to offer a very personal service. In larger organisations communication
is often a problem as information is passed between the client,
training managers, training coordinators, and the consultants
actually carrying out the work. Client requirements are therefore
sometimes misinterpreted or forgotten, and feedback can be
diluted or misunderstood. Often the person actually working
with the client is not an expert.
With ApP, all initial client meetings are handled by Dr Anderson
personally and all material is written by her. Where extra
consultants are needed all are of similar professional standing
and the client then works completely with the same consultant
ensuring effective communication and continuity.
